If a buyer does not provide his/her business firm's GST Registration Number, then addition of GST number to his invoice later is at the sole discretion of Karnika and possible only within same calendar month. In the same manner, if GST details are provided for an order, we will automatically update the GST number in subsequent orders placed from same mobile number and removal of the same may not be possible after the same calendar month.
The Services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users suspended or removed from the Karnika system. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are below the age of eighteen (18) years, you may avail the Services provided by Karnika through your legal guardian in accordance with the applicable laws.

Business buyers from Karnika can resell unbranded goods to any other online ecommerce or their retail shops.
